The Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts is proud to present Outside the Lines. The exhibition will be on view in Café Logan, 915 E 60th, from April 17-May 18, 2025.

Outside the Lines is UChicago’s premier figure drawing RSO. Meeting every Wednesday from 7:30-9:30pm, the group gathers in Midway Studios to draw from live models, fostering an atmosphere of artistic growth. Their sessions are open to all members of the UofC community—from curious beginners to seasoned pros. There’s no pressure to be perfect - just to practice one’s skills and to enjoy the artistic process. All who are interested are invited to join! 

Curated by Avery Antes & Sam Shelffo-McGrath, this exhibit showcases a selection of works produced during these sessions, highlighting a range of styles, mediums, and interpretations. From expressive gestures to precise anatomical studies, the collection reflects both the individuality of each artist and the shared passion for figure drawing.
