From 2004-2009, Mooses facilitated annual community art projects in Latin America. Eliza Myrie received her MFA from Northwestern University in 2010 and attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. Myrie experiments with multiple forms of popular media, focusing on class, politics, and ethnicity. She manipulates images through video, sculpture, and drawing to create new narratives. Her most recent exhibition was held at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago (2012).
Faheem Majeed received his BFA from Howard University in 2000 and his MFA from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2009. He served as Executive Director and Curator for the South Side Community Art Center (2005-2011). He is a faculty member at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Chicago State. Majeed creates works focusing on institutional critique and leveraging collaboration to engage his community in dialogue.
