“My art is a testament of how each of my experiences has shaped me and how I see the world. I have been interested in how people live such similar, yet different lives, and I incorporate this in my art. So, not only is my art a representation of myself, but a representation of my interactions with others and their experiences. Recently, I have fallen in love with creating stories through my art. This has allowed me to make art my tool for psychological explorations. Throughout my art career, my environment has allowed me to explore not only my own, but others' subconscious thoughts, desires, and motivations. Mostly through portraiture and self-portraiture, I create visual representations of the inner workings of the mind. Using art as a medium for self-reflection has given me the opportunity to create stories of the world around me in which the viewer can enter and empathize with.”

3 paintings: 1. Stuffed animals on a blue blanket, 2. A person getting chocolate milk from a fridge, 3. A blue woman whose head is half covered by an abstract mix of colors that drip down the canvas. All 3 are multi-colored and very vibrant.
