“Making art is a form of self therapy - I use it to process my emotions and experiences while questioning the world around me. Canvas feels like my stage and paint, the performance. The story is final but can be interpreted indefinitely - it allows for a new adventure every time it’s encountered. I draw inspiration from a psychedelic state - I want my art to transform people’s ways of thinking and their perception of the universe. My ADHD mind is the antithesis of minimalism. This translates into my abstract language that I define as maximalism - making marks and adding layers eases my mind. I aim to create art that is hard to walk past without engaging. Art that makes your heart skip a beat. Art that dismantles your dreams and fantasizes your fears. However, it is essential my art always carries positive energy - energy that is regenerative - I live by the motto “be kind, keep your heart full, and your soul pure” - hoping when I am long gone, the life that I lived and art that I created will be the light that manages to escape the blackhole.”
